Probate research for two kinds of case

We take enquiries from estate professionals, executors, trustees, individuals and families.

01

Missing beneficiary tracing

A will or estate record identifies someone, but the estate representative has no reliable way to reach them. We review the identifying information available and look for records that can help distinguish the beneficiary from people with similar names.

For an initial enquiry, tell us your role, where the estate is administered, and what information you already have about the missing person.

02

Heir research when there is no will

When someone dies intestate, the family relationships relevant to the estate may be incomplete or unclear. We reconstruct those connections from available records, document the sources, and flag gaps or conflicting evidence for the estate representative to consider.

The estate representative or their legal adviser assesses entitlement under the applicable succession rules.

Tell us where the case stands.

A brief summary is enough for a first enquiry.
